About Me

Meet your Integrative Guide

Many of the people who find me aren’t confused , they’re overloaded.

They’ve thought deeply about their patterns, tried to reason their way forward, and still feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, hesitation, or burnout. Their mind understands, but their system doesn’t follow.

My work sits in that space.

My healing journey began when I was just 13, when I was initiated into Reiki by a traveling group of Japanese healers. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the depth of what had opened for me — but that experience quietly planted a lifelong relationship with energy, intuition, and the unseen intelligence of the body.

Over the years, my path has continued to deepen through Bhakti, devotion, mantra, ritual, and the wisdom traditions I grew up around. For me, healing is not about “fixing” yourself. It is about coming back into relationship with your own inner rhythm, your body, your spirit, and the divine intelligence that has always been within you.

Through Mystic Monkey Wellness, I bring together Reiki, crystal healing, chakra work, intuitive reflection, grounding practices, and a modern understanding of psychology and neuroscience. My work is especially close to my heart because I understand how different nervous systems experience the world differently.

As someone with a neurodivergent brain myself, I know that healing cannot be one-size-fits-all. Some of us need stillness. Some of us need movement. Some of us process through symbols, sound, touch, ritual, creativity, or simply being in a space where we don’t have to mask.

My sessions are designed to feel gentle, intuitive, deeply personal, and nervous-system safe  especially for sensitive souls, overthinkers, creatives, empaths, and neurodivergent minds who often feel like the world moves too fast.

Mystic Monkey Wellness is my offering for those who are ready to rest, reconnect, release, and return to themselves  where ancient energy practices meet modern self-awareness.

Outside sessions you’ll usually find me around storytelling, philosophy, neuroscience, devotional music and in community spaces finding different ways of asking the same question:

what helps a person feel more like themselves again?

I was skeptical about the long-distance sessions, but the experience was so powerful! The connection I felt with Niharika was genuine, and the energy transmitted was palpable.<bHighly recommended!

What stood out most about working with Niharika is how deeply she gets it. Especially as someone navigating overwhelm and constant mental noise, her approach felt both validating and grounding. She helped me build clarity, structure my thoughts, and take action without burnout. It felt supportive, real, and incredibly effective.

Through our sessions, I began shifting from simply ‘doing’ life to truly experiencing it as a human being. I feel more grounded, self-aware, and ready to continue building my confidence and expressing myself more openly

I came to Niharika’s Reiki and coaching session out of pure curiosity, wanting to experience something completely new. What I didn’t expect was how eye-opening it would be. Niharika was able to accurately identify and reflect back specific thought patterns I hadn’t even realized I was carrying. The session helped me begin breaking those old patterns and gave me practical tools to understand my mind and reactions from a healthier perspective. I would absolutely recommend her!

Working with Niharika has been genuinely transformative. She has this rare ability to blend deep empathy with practical, actionable guidance. You don’t just feel understood, you leave with clarity on what to do next. Her approach helped me regulate my overwhelm, see my patterns more clearly, and take steps that actually felt aligned and sustainable.

Reiki with Niharika has helped me in different stages of my life. Most recently the session brought active healing and insight into how I can better care for myself. The session is intentionally designed, the space is very comfortable and the gentle massage for grounding to support the experience. Since the session I have been grounding that insight into practice - meditation and life both.
